Order Processing & Tracking
Processing: Orders placed after noon may begin processing the next business day.
Tracking: Email updates will include a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
Return instructions: We’ll reply with your RMA, return address, and any label options available.
Pack securely: Use the original packaging when possible and include your RMA in the box.
Return Conditions & Exclusions
Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and included accessories.
Non-returnable: Final-sale/clearance items and digital downloads (if applicable) are not eligible for return.
Shipping fees: Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a covered defect.

Refunds
Timing: Allow 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return for the refund to process.
Method: Refunded to the original payment method unless store credit is requested.
Partial refunds: We may reduce the refund for missing parts, excessive wear, or damage in return transit.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to ship fast—email support@romancatholicgear.com right away. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
What if my package says delivered but I can’t find it?
Check with household members and neighbors and look around the property. If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number and then email us for help.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. We can facilitate an exchange for size/color or help you return for a refund and place a new order.
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Take photos of the packaging and item and email support@romancatholicgear.com within 7 days so we can assist quickly.
