Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays and peak seasons). Delivery estimates depend on the carrier and service chosen at checkout. For policy details, see Shipping & Returns.
Where can I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation email includes a live tracking link. Or visit our Order Tracking page to look up and track with your carrier. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the first scan to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We try to ship quickly. Email support@romancatholicgear.com right away with your order number—if it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to assist.
Tracking says delivered, but I don’t see it
Check around the property, with household members/neighbors, and wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early). If still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number, then email us for help: support@romancatholicgear.com.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. See Shipping & Returns for full details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email support@romancatholicgear.com with your order number, item(s), and reason. We’ll reply with instructions, an RMA, and any label options available.
Are shipping fees refundable?
Original shipping isn’t refundable unless the return is due to our error or a covered defect. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake or it’s a warranty issue.
What is an authentic Combat Rosary™?
Combat Rosary™ is our federally registered brand and design for a rugged, daily-carry rosary inspired by historic WWI service rosaries. An item is an authentic Combat Rosary™ only if it’s purchased directly from Roman Catholic Gear® or our authorized partners. Similar pieces sold elsewhere are not Combat Rosaries—they’re replica WWI service rosaries.
How can I tell if mine is authentic?
Check where it was purchased (romancatholicgear.com or an authorized partner), the product name and packaging, and the build details. If you’re unsure, email support@romancatholicgear.com with photos—we’ll verify for you.
Warranty & Repairs
What does the Lifetime Guarantee cover?
Manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal use. Remedies include repair or replacement at our discretion. Full policy: Lifetime Guarantee.
How do I submit a warranty or repair request?
Gather your order number (if available) and clear photos of the issue, then visit Warranty & Repairs or email support@romancatholicgear.com. We’ll confirm coverage or provide a repair quote.
Is normal finish wear covered?
Cosmetic wear/patina over time is normal and not considered a defect. Structural failures are covered. For care tips, see below.
Products & Devotions
Do sacramentals need to be blessed to use?
You can pray without a blessing, but it’s recommended to ask your parish priest to bless your items. Blessings aren’t required for returns/warranty.
Care tips for rosaries and metal finishes
Avoid harsh chemicals, chlorine/saltwater, and extreme heat. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use. Store in a pouch to reduce scratches.

International Orders
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Your country may charge duties/VAT/GST or other fees on import. These are the customer’s responsibility and may affect delivery time due to customs processing.
My tracking switches to a local post—normal?
Yes. Many carriers hand off to local posts for final delivery. Your tracking page typically shows the local provider once received.
