Roman Catholic Gear® products are designed for daily prayer and real-world use. If something fails, we’ll help—whether it’s a guarantee claim or a paid repair.
Warranty Coverage (Summary)
Manufacturing defects & structural failures: Covered under our Lifetime Guarantee—repair or replace at our discretion.
Examples: Links separating or opening, jump rings failing, center/crucifix detaching, pouch stitching/hardware failing under normal use.
Remedy: Same or comparable model/color if original is unavailable.

What’s Not Covered
Normal wear & patina: finish aging, minor scratches, leather scuffs, discoloration from skin oils/chemicals.
Loss/theft/accidents: crushed, cut, melted, run-over, pet-chewed, etc.
Chemical/heat damage: harsh cleaners, chlorine/saltwater, extreme heat.
Unauthorized modifications or non-RCG parts added after purchase.
Counterfeits / non-authorized purchases.
Repairs & Parts (Out of Warranty)
If your situation isn’t covered (or you just need parts), we offer straightforward options:
RCG Repair Service: We can repair most rosaries (links, rings, clasps, centerpiece/crucifix re-attachment). We’ll quote before any work.
Replacement Parts: Jump rings, clasps, centerpieces, crucifixes, and pouches available for purchase (subject to inventory).
Finish Refresh: Cosmetic wear isn’t covered, but we can recommend care tips and options.
Typical turnaround: 7–14 business days from item receipt (varies by issue and parts availability).
How to File a Warranty or Repair Request
Gather details: Order number (if available), product name/color, approximate purchase date.
Take clear photos: Close-ups of the issue + full front/back of the item.
Submit your request: Use the Warranty & Repair Request Form or email support@romancatholicgear.com with the info and photos.
Approval & next steps: We’ll confirm warranty coverage or send a repair quote with instructions and an RMA if needed.
Proof of Purchase & Shipping
Proof of purchase: Order number, receipt, gift receipt, or reasonable ownership proof (photos + where/when purchased).
Shipping (approved warranty): We cover replacement outbound shipping within the U.S. We may request a return; we’ll provide instructions if needed.
Shipping (repairs/out of warranty): You’re responsible for shipping to us; return shipping will be included in your quote.
International customers: We’ll propose the most practical replacement/repair method for your location.
Warranty & Repairs — FAQ
Can I start a claim if it was a gift?
Yes. Provide any proof you can (gift receipt, purchaser name/email, or approximate timing and place of purchase) plus photos.
Do finishes/coatings count as defects?
Normal finish wear and patina are expected and not covered. Structural failures under normal use are covered.
How long do repairs take?
Most repairs are completed 7–14 business days after we receive your item. We’ll confirm timing with your quote.
Can I buy parts and do it myself?
In many cases, yes. Tell us what you need and we’ll advise on compatibility and availability.
My model/color is discontinued—what happens?
We’ll offer the closest current version of equal value, or discuss alternatives if you prefer.
