I ordered this medal for our grandson who was returning from a Kairos retreat. I was afraid it wouldn't get to me on time so I paid for the 2 day Priority Mail option. When I hadn't received notification of it being sent out, I emailed customer service who got it out and to me before I left town to see our grandson! THANK YOU for your wonderful product and customer service. He loved the medal and put it on right away and promised me he'd wear it daily.
